This is a “Fenspace Infinities” location. “Fenspace Infinities” locations have not been established by the time of Operation Great Justice and the Miranda mission, and thus may or may not come into existence later in Fenspace's timeline. But they have been mentioned in future-history Fenspace stories or discussion, so they should be taken into account.
Sector General is the large space station that serves as one of the, if not the, finest hospitals in the solar system. It is certainly the largest, set in an orbit around Saturn between Titan and Hyperion.
This is a large, growing space station which has dedicated itself to the treatment of the myriad health problems that can occur, focusing most especially on the problems of living off-Earth.
