Handwavium research

• The Transrationality Science Assessment Bureau (TSAB), the American agency responsible for handwavium studies. TSAB has taken over most of America's space operations from NASA.
• The Extraordinary Events Agency, the EU/UK(needs clarifying) counterpart to TSAB.
