Located in Shackleton Crater is one of the more interesting research facilities in Fenspace, the Blind Io Luna Observatory Complex. A joint venture of the Artemis Foundation, several mundane space agencies, universities and the various lunar colonization organizations. We're not certain how the Discworld Fen managed to get naming rights though.[1]
