- Ultima, Cochrane's Limit (Fenspace Infinities)
- Wonderland, Cislunar Space
Note that only a minority of residents of each municipality are citizens of StellviaCorp. All residents are guaranteed basic human rights as set forth in the Fenspace Convention, but do not have a direct say in the governing of the municipality. (Indirect means of persuasion are effective to a greater or lesser degree, depending on the city.)
