Description
Dakota's biomod is that of a more 'anthro' half-gnoll. Jack-of-All, Master-of-None. Holo tech being the exception.[1]
Dakota is a fan of many things, Most would refer of him to being a Generalist. He's fairly laid back with a long fuss on his temper. However he mainly IDs closely with Furries (Art), Supers(City of Heroes and Holo store location) and Warhammer 40k(Tau in Dawn of War games)
Clothing and items
Baggy shorts/pants of different colors, tank top or simple shirt with rolled up sleeves and a pair of highly modified sandals. Usually a belt or satchel of many pockets. A bag or two of Beggin' Strips.
Holo Wrist Computer MK II - Functions much like any wrist computer except its interface is completely holographic. Built to replace the Mark 1 that was lost to the Boskonians.
Holo Hud - A pair of custom ear pieces connected by a heavy plastic band that goes around the back of his head. A shape customizable holo field wraps around the front of his eyes. Normally appearing as a full eyes field much like one piece sunglasses. The ear pieces have slots for connecting a set of goggles when Dakota doesn't want to be betrayed by the glow of the holo field.
Neck sub-vocal collar - A device that hooks around the front of his neck and lets him use sub-vocal comm. Can ether be wireless or wired to his hud.[2]

Biomod
Result of a unsupervised automated paint mixer modified for mixing wavium strains. It got accidentally turned on by his cat while he dozed next to it from a overnight work session on a D&D Half-gnoll artificer.[3] Drawing on the last thing he'd been working on before overflowing and covering him in the goop.

Just a scratch: Dakota has a rather powerful regenerative abilities from his biomod at the cost of having to eat a lot of food after wards.
Dat Nose!: Has a very good sense of smell.
Quirks
Scoobie Snacks Much like normal catgirling machine victims and soda, he requires Beggin' Strips in his diet.
Laugh Track When really stressed he starts cackling much like a hyena.
Foo Dog Driven to protect Fenkinder and temples if they are in danger.
Sam Fisher When lurking in dark areas his eyes glow green. The darker the area, the brighter the glow.
Trivia
Owns and runs Holo Neon in Kandor City.
Works part time for the Kandor City Police Department when they need a nose to find things.
