Description
Dakota's biomod is that of a slightly pale colored jaguar anthro. With a unusually puffy tail and His retractable claws are blunt, much like a canines.
Dakota is a fan of many things, Most would refer of him to being a Generalist. He's fairly laid back with a long fuss on his temper. However he mainly IDs closely with Furries (Art), Supers(City of Heroes and Holo store location) and Warhammer 40k(Tau in Dawn of War games)
Dakota's holotech uses energy fields and particle projectors to product it's effects. Almost always a reliable, quirk low, Softlight system using banks of emitters. Managed to product a Hardlight system while visiting the Catgirls of Catgirl Industries. The Hardlight system is currently under study by Star Fleet engineers. His biggest money maker with a store named Holo Neon located in Kandor City.
He also produces a smaller amount of Tau related material. Mainly Functional Pulse Rifles, Carbines, Firewarrior armor, and Tau drones for collectors/40k Fen. Thou most of those are up to the buyer on how they fit them beyond the basic modular sensor package and grav drive system.[1]
Firewarrior armor - Standard - Hasn't changed much outside of improved materials in it's construction. Some have been modified to make use of low profile exo-skeletons built by other Fen.
Pulse Rifle/Carbine Mk I - Nothing but a fancy gauss weapon.
Pulse Rifle/Carbine Mk II - More powerful electromagnets and better ammo design. Currently sold version with upgrade kits available to owners of the Mk I
Pulse Rifle/Carbine Mk III - Currently only one in existence, uses a induction field to 'superheat' the round into a liquid state as it's launched with a powerful electromagnetic pulse. Uses info gained from Star Fleet on one of Dakota's trip to help them reverse engineer the Hardlight system. The prototype has a hardwired biometric locking system build into the grip to keep anyone but Dakota from using it.
Clothing and items
Baggy shorts of different colors, tank top or simple shirt with rolled up sleeves and a pair of highly modified sandals. Usually a belt or satchel of many pockets. A bag or two of Beggin' Strips.
Wrist Holo Computer MK II - Functions much like any wrist computer except its interface is completely holographic. Built to replace the Mark 1 that was lost to the Boskonians.

Dance little photons! Dance I say! DANCE!: Very good hologram device builder and artist on the level most require a blue hair/fur day for.
Just a scratch: Dakota has a rather powerful regenerative abilities from his biomod at the cost of having to eat a lot of food after wards.
Dat Nose!: Has a very good sense of smell even for what he is biomoded into.
Quirks
Scoobie Snacks Much like normal catgirling machine victims and soda, he requires Beggin' Strips in his diet.
Baaark? A cat biomod that barks, nothing odd here folks.
Foo Dog Driven to protect Fenkinder and temples if they are in danger.
Sam Fisher When lurking in dark areas his eyes glow blue. The darker the area, the brighter the glow.
Trivia
Owns and runs Holo Neon in Kandor City.
Works part time for the Kandor City Police Department when they need a nose to find things.
