Biomod passed off her D&D 3.5 Elven Artificer

Clothing and items
Clothing - Changes, drifting from more modern with steampunk touches to full on steampunk style. Normal dress, tends to fall in between the two extremes. Always has a top hat and brass goggles with her.
Tophat of Holding - A black soft leather top hat held together with brown leather stitching. Contains a inner hat band that holds a number of tools. Often Van stores her goggles on magnets hidden in the external hat band.
Lightening Rapier - A rather steampunk looking sword patterned after a rapier, electricity crackles along the blade when active. Discharging upon striking a target. Effects similar to a taser, power supply in a large pummel.
Lightening Wrench - Smaller and blunter take on the rapier. Both a tool and used as a off-hand with the rapier.
