Re-reworking the system. I've removed the fictional planets (while there may be more to find in the actual Tau Ceti system, I think in the end it's unlikely that we'll see big gas giants in the general area) and am working towards rebuilding Skaro as a warm Neptune with maybe an 'ocean moon' similar to Triton if Triton was close enough to melt properly. Okay, reworked the solar system based on the recent discoveries of exoplanets in the Tau Ceti system.

For the record:

  • Krop Tor = Tau Ceti b
  • Minyos = Tau Ceti c
  • Krontep = Tau Ceti d
  • Karn = Tau Cet e
  • Skaro = Tau Ceti f

Because it turns out that Ceti e and f are way too close to the edge of the habitable zone, Gallifrey remains a fictional Earthlike world orbiting at about .74 AU from the primary (and hey, there's a big gap between e and f; it's possible there's an earth-sized world in there). The planets past f are, again, fictional. The Time Barrier is based off of surveys detecting one hella big debris belt starting at ~10 AU and running out to ~55 AU.

And now you know. --Mal-3 04:14, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
