Kandor Treaty

The Kandor Treaty, signed in 2010, is the agreement between various 'Danelaw governments and various factions allowing the legal existence of Fenspace.
The Treaty of KandorCon pardoned the original fen for handwavium-related crimes, including violations of the Outer Space Treaty. It also recognized the Fenspace Convention as a legitimate international organization (but not a sovereign nation) and granted it observer status at the UN.
